Hi, I am Maya and with my friend Vasiliki, we create Wee.yoga for our family and friends so our loved grandparents and couch potato dads can enjoy and benefit from yoga as well.

My great-grandmother was a Wee lass from Glasgow. Wee is Scottish for little, or tiny. We made small bite-size or “Wee yoga” training programs that all ages can enjoy from little people to elderly people and everyone in between.
